2713688 - Error in XML TransportationRequestRequest_In interface 043 (/SCMTMS/TRQ)

Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management Forwarding Order Management
  • End user is using standard service interface TransportationRequestRequest_In to create and update forwarding orders in the TM system.  
  • End user gets an error when there is no gross volume or quantity in TransportationRequestRequest_In for export shipments, but this is not occurring for proxy TransportationOrderSCMRequest_In for domestic shipment.    
  • While saving the FWO after doing modification (/SCMTMS/CL_TRQ_INBOUND_SRV ~ SAVE_TRQ), there is an error message similar to:

    <text>Product 10 quantity is missing for Pieces</text>
    <id>043(/SCMTMS/TRQ)</ID>
