2713702 - Who can view Job Requisitions - Recruiting Management

Job requisitions can be accessed by users assigned to specific recruiting roles or operator groups.

The following Recruiting roles can be assigned to any active user within the organization, enabling them to view and manage job requisitions:

• Recruiter
• Coordinator
• Hiring Manager
• Sourcer
• Second Recruiter
• VP of Staffing

Additionally, these roles can be assigned to a team of users, which may include multiple individual users and/or groups. Users within a team inherit the same level of access as the primary role holders for a given requisition.

Note: Originators and ad hoc approvers also have visibility into job requisitions, as they are involved in the approval process.
