2713719 - Smart Business KPI Tile is hanging during loading

Symptom

  • Smart Business KPI Tile application is hanging during loading after clicking on it.
  • Error:  TypeError: Cannot read property 'indexOf' of undefined 
       at d._constructSAPUI5ResolutionResult
  • Console error may appear Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent 
  • Popup error App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded.
  • Following error message observed in broswser console:
    • Error in app component customer.k<number>: No descriptor was found
    • Error in app component customer.ssb.report.<number>: No descriptor was found
  • When opening an app, observed 404 error in response to request matching these characteristics:
    https://<server>.<domain>.com/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/resources/~##############~/customer/k#############/Component.js
