2713762 - Alumni User from Company User Detail Report is not displaying in Membership

Symptom

Alumni users that have "No" under the "Joined?" column do not show up under Members & Users under Company Admin.

Environment

SAP Jam Collaboration

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Run the Company User Detail Report - Alumni with "Joined? No"  show.
  2. Look under Members & Users under Company Admin - Alumni with "Joined? No" do not show.

Resolution

For alumni users who logged into SAP Jam at least once, the admin can manually clear their profiles for privacy reasons. These alumni users are displayed under Admin > Users > Membership, using the filter "Alumni".

For alumni users who never logged into SAP Jam (never joined), their profiles were never captured in SAP Jam to begin with, and hence there is no need for the admin to clear their profiles. These alumni users are not displayed under Admin > Users > Membership. They are instead reported in the Company User Detail Report as status "Alumni" and Joined? "No".
