When changing the Work Status via the EPM Add-in Change Work Status menu, the work status is changed but no email notification is received.
No errors are recorded in the BPC tbllogs table.
Upon inspecting the tblLogs table using the query select * from tbllogs where jobname='Handler.SendMailByUserID' all the log entries appear to have a status of 1 and no errors are present, hence the assumption the email message is being sent by BPC.
