2713929 - Installation of SAP ASE 16.0 SP03 Cockpit is failing with "Invalid COCKPIT_HOME directory" - SAP ASE

• ASE installation returns error message: "Invalid COCKPIT_HOME directory: <ASE_install_dir>\COCKPIT-4"
• That <ASE_install_dir> is the correct directory - it is not invalid.  Permissions are fine.
• The installation does complete with a summary screen saying that the installation failed with a message to look at the ASE_Suite.log but the ASE_suite.log does not exist in the specified location.
• For SAP Systems running on ASE: the error can be reported during upgrade using saphostctrl:

• The same error is returned no matters which is the OS platform. For Linux/Unix the installer my recognises the "/” (the ROOT) filesystem size instead of the real filesystem size where the sybase software installed originally.
