Symptom

When a change is made to a Purchasing document that is considered to be significant:

  • When checking the CDHDR table or CDPOS table to view the change made, it is not logged.
  • Also the change is not seen in the Environment tab of the document (Environment -> Item Changes OR Environment -> Header Changes).
