2714021 - Extension Field with Extension Scenario from Account Not Displaying Correct Value

You extended the Extension Field ABC (ABC represents the extension field name) from the Account to another object using extension scenario 'Account General Information to Sales Document - General Information', but the value maintained in the account is not same as the one in the sales document.

The Extension Field ABC has extension scenario 'Account Sales Data to Sales Document Generation Information' and the value maintained in the Sales Data for this field is different than the one maintained in the header of the account.
The value of the Sales Data has priority over the value maintained in the General Data, as this source is more specific, so the value replicated to the sales quote is the one maintained in the Sales Data.

You can check the extension scenario maintained with the below steps:

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Open an account.
4. Click on Adapt -> Edit Master Layout.
5. Hover the mouse over the extension field ABC.
6. Open the Field Definition.
7. Go to the Extension Scenarios facet.
8. Check the Applied Extension Scenarios.

This is the system expected behavior.

You can either maintain the value in the Sales Data or remove the extension scenario 'Account Sales Data to Sales Document Generation Information' of the extension field.
