2714029 - How to make one cost center held responsible by only one position

Symptom

Relationship 250 (A250 / B250) is used to manage which position is responsible (object S) for financial approvals for which cost centers (object K).

It is needed to allow one position to be responsible (A250) for multiple cost centers, but at the same time one cost center is allowed to be the responsibility (B250) of only one position.
