2714046 - Current time shows up on the calendar picker is different from default value in Webi reports

Symptom

  • On imported Webi reports from XR2, current time shows up on calendar picker instead of default value 12:00:00 AM
  • On BI 4.2 SP 5 Patch 0, the setting on UNV universe gets ignored.
  • This issue is not producible on BI 4.2 SP 5 Patch 6.
