2714427 - Transportation Proposal for Container Unit gives errors

Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management used to generate Transportation Proposals for Container Units in the Transportation Cockpit (TC). 
  • In the Planning Profile, Loading/Unloading Durations are maintained. 
  • Resulting Transportation Proposals are not correctly considering the Loading/Unloading Durations or do not provide any Proposals, with the following Information messages:
    • Resources with means of transport &2 cannot be used (/SCMTMS/PLN_OPT_APP 402)
    • Container unit &1 cannot be completely planned (/SCMTMS/PLN_OPT_APP 450)
    • No transportation proposal found (/SCMTMS/PLN_OPT_APP 303)
