Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management using Automatic Planning with the VSR Optimizer. 
     
  • Additional constraints as Ship-With Modeling (SAP Note 1900800) used to specify Freight Unit (FU) correlation groups. 
     
  • Optimizer stops processing with error "Error while creating model" (/SCMTMS/PLN_OPT_APP201). 
     
  • In transaction RCCF_LOG, the optimizer log contains error entry of the form:
     
    <e> 16:06:09 vsrmg_build_shippingconstraints.cpp(47) 'MsgMgr' Customer visit shipping group 001AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA refers to unknown location 02BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB and will be ignored
     
    where 001AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA is the UUID of the correlation group and 02BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB is the UUID of the from location or to location.
