Symptom

Dashboards are not reflecting the same readiness values as Succession Org Chart

Environment

  • Succession Org Chart v12
  • Dashboards 2.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Succession Org Chart: Check nominee readiness (shows the updated values)
  2. Dashboards 2.0 (shows different values)

Cause

Readiness Rating scale is defined in the Back end XML Configuration however it is not defined/not updated in Rating Scale designer in Admin Center

Resolution

Define Readiness Rating Scale through Admin Center > Company Settings > Rating Scales > Readiness

You also need to define the rating scales across different locales to prevent issues with other users using a different locale.
