Symptom

Users are locked frequently when switching on BPF E-mail Notification through program UJB_MAINTAIN_EMAIL_TMPL(Is Active = Yes).

Security Audit Log (SM20) shows that password check failed many times for the affected user.

The following errors are logged in work process trace dev_wXX.(XX is the number in WP column in SM20)
N  *** ERROR => RSEC: Record "/HMAC_INDEP/RFC_EXTERNAL_TICKET_4_TRUSTED_SYSTEM" has KeyID "20180224_095724_XXX_INSTALLER" which does not exist in  SecStoreFS [rsecxdb.c    1139]
