2714827 - The Visit Type is Not Available in The Visits Tab of The Account TI

Symptom

The Visit Type field is not available to add to the Visits tab within the Account TI.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customers work center.
  2. Go to the Accounts view.
  3. Open any Account ID.
  4. Go to the Visits tab.
  5. The Visit Type field is not available as a column nor can it be added via adaptation mode.

Cause

The Visit Type field is currently not supported in the Visits tab of the Account TI.

Resolution

This has already been added to the Customer Influence site: https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer
