2714987 - Action Plan Button like Submit, Accept, Set-In-Process not visible.

Action Plan button in either draft or open status doesn't show relevant buttons like Submit, Accept, Set-In-Process, Escalate, Complete.

These button were visible earlier, but is not visible any more.

We redeployed all HANA views and synchronized HANA views with backend, but problem still persists.
