2715060 - SPAM, SUM fails with error 2004, SQL Error 137, SQL102 - SAP ASE for Business Suite

• On SAP ASE 157 and 160 SP01 systems, activation of CDS view fails during SPAM - IMPORT_PROPER phase  or SUM - MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG phase with any of one these errors:
  
  SQL error 2004: [ASE Error SQL2004][SAP][ASE ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Enterprise]Procedure 'P~ACMTST_SQLV_PROD' has already been created with group number 0 - create procedure with an unused group number
  
  SQL-View "ACMTST_SQLV_PROD" of entity "ACMTST_CDSV_PROD" does not exist in the database (see tx: SE14)
  SQL-View "PRMSEMPLOYEELIST" of entity "P_RMSEMPLOYEELIST" does not exist in the database (see tx: SE14)
