2715127 - The Print Preview Template of the Expense Report is not Showing the Approval Details Table

You observe that the print preview template of the expense report YY (YY represents Expense Report ID) is not showing the Approval details anymore.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Travel and Expenses work center.
2. Go to Expense Reports View.
3. Check the Print Preview for Expense Report YY.

• The approval table at the bottom of Expense report preview/pdf is only displayed if there is more than one approver / approval step.
• If there is only one approver / approval step, the approval step table is empty and therefore it’s not displayed. But then the one and only approver is displayed under Approver in the right upper edge.
• In case of several approvers always the latest approver is displayed under Approver in the right upper edge.

So, the feature works as intended and designed for expense report approval.
