How to control the visibility of learning items in users' learning plans?

There are two settings under Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > USER LEARNING PLAN that control the visibility of learning items in users' learning plans.

learningPlanQualItemsAndRequirementsDisplayThreshold: The threshold is in days, and the system will only display curriculum items and curriculum requirements in the user's learning plan with required dates that are within the threshold. 

Note: The threshold only applies to courses that require retraining; the first assignment does not fall under the threshold rule. Items must have been completed at least once for their retraining interval settings to take effect. Same is applied to New Learning Experience > Required Learning.

learningPlanRequiredItemsDisplayThreshold: The threshold is in days, and the system will only display items with required dates that are within the threshold. This setting does not make the item invisible once it reaches or surpasses the required date. The minimum value that can be set is 90, and the maximum is 10,000. It must be greater than the "learningPlanQualItemsAndRequirementsDisplayThreshold" setting. To disable the configuration, set it to blank. 

Learning plan items with required dates that are beyond the threshold will be hidden in the user's learning plan and also in the: 

• To-Do tile on the Platform/BizX Home page.
• Learning Plan API results.
• Mobile App.
• Supervisor view of the User’s Learning Plan.

Additionally, you should ensure that the "Due Later" section is enabled in your environment. The relevant configuration point is found at the following path: System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > USER LEARNING PLAN
