2715476 - Prerequisites for SSO configuration of SAP Enable Now Manager (Cloud Edition)

SSO Connection to SAP Enable Now Cloud Manager needed.

Notes:

• If SAP Companion is to be used, IAS tenant will be needed, see: KBA 2823440 - SSO configuration for SAP Companion
• For OKTA and Onelogin IDP - and any other IDP that does not support multiple assertion consumer service URLs - IAS tenant is mandatory
• Please be aware that Enable Now does not support the encryption of SAML assertions

Exceptions to the processes in this KBA once the prerequisites have been met:

• If SAP Companion is not being used and the IDP is ADFS, see: KBA 2766623 - Customer End IDP Configuration for ADFS
• If SAP Companion is not being used and the IDP is Azure/Entra, see: KBA 2765322 - SAP Enable Now SSO Configuration using Microsoft Azure IDP for SAP Cloud Platform (Direct)
• If SAP Companion is being used and the IDP is Azure/Entra, see: KBA 2924536 - SAP Enable Now SSO Configuration using Microsoft Azure IDP for SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication (IAS Tenant)
• In case the Azure with IAS option is being configured and there are issue during the configuration as per KBA 2924536: A call can be arranged with the SAP Cloud Operations team.  In this case the email contacts for the Enable Now administrator, SAML IdP administrator and IAS tenant Administrator will be needed, add them in the ticket.
