The Client Development Template is not configured correctly

Note: The following requires Provisioning access. Please reach out to your Implementation Partner for assistance

1. Access the Client Development Template from Provisioning
2. Correct the field definition "comments" i.e. the correct field type should be "comment" instead of "textarea"
3. Save edited template and upload it to the client's instance
