Is there a way to remove a candidate from the Manage Pending Hires tool?

This can be accomplished by changing the current candidate status in the Job Requisition.

The Manage Pending Hires tool requires a set of configurations and factors to place a candidate into Manage Pending Hires -> Recruiting, you can find this information in various number of documents. For example, lets use some common factors that from Recruiting site would be required for the candidate to appear in the tool:

1. In Application Status Set, only one status set with the Hireable option and only one set as Hired;
2. The specific candidate having an Offer Approval created;
3. The candidate being set in the Hireable status, which usually is the "Ready to Hire" status in the Job Requisition.

So, in this case the candidate is appearing in Manage Pending Hires, and from now on I need him to not appear anymore, what should I do?

The first two options are lets say "not revertible", we then need to go for the last one, and the status you will place the candidate depends on what is the reason you don't need the candidate to be in the tool anymore. If you don't want to Hire this candidate anymore you should move him to a disqualification status, or if you just want to hold for a while and don't have want this candidate appearing in Manage Pending Hires, you can just move him to any other status you feel like.
