2715608 - What value is used to fill up "Dependent Name" in benefits related imports?

When importing benefit enrollments or claims related to dependents, we need to fill the dependents data in the template, for example "Insurance Plan Enrollment Details-Enrolling For Dependent.csv". This template has the field "Dependent Name" that should be filled. What value should be used and where can we find it?

Dependent's Person ID should be used to fill up the field 'Dependent Name'. If the dependent was created through imports, please see the import files to know its Person ID. Alternatively, you can find it through Advanced Reporting. If you already don't have "Dependent" specific report in your Report Center, or if advanced reporting is not enabled or if you need assistance regarding advanced reporting, please create a support case with component LOD-SF-ANA.

You can follow the below steps if "Dependent" report is already available:

1. Navigate to Report Center:
   
2. Select "Edit" under Action of “Dependents” report to land in this page and click on "Click To Run":
   
3. Click on “Edit Query”. On top bar there is an option “Manage Query Filter” which can be used to filter the results. In our example, I have selected filter Employee No = 46. You can Edit/Delete/Add filters here.
   

4. Once you have selected the filters, you can decide which fields you want from dependents table. To do so, click on Objects in the lower panel > Click on “Edit Table” icon beside each table (in this case Dependent Personal Info) > Select the fields.
