2715657 - Wild Card '*' cannot be maintained for some scales in Rate Table

Symptom

In Transportation Management, when wild card is entered in Rate Table for some 'Same Scale type' such as locations, equipment type, products, and so on, it gives the errors:

  • Scale item cannot be empty or "*" for scale &1 in rate table &2 (/SCMTMS/TC_SCALE 129)
  • ____ &1 is invalid for scale &3 in rate table &2 or 
  • ____ &1 is not valid for scale &2 in rate table &3
