2715685 - Error: "Enterprise authentication could not log you on" when applying change for cms connection in Data Services Management Console

Symptom

  • Input CMS connection in Data Services Management Console with correct username and password.
  • Test connection shows "Connected to CMS Server *** successfully"
  • Apply change shows error: "Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)"
  • AL_RWJoblauncher.log contains the error below.
    "Error to connect CMS. Invalid command line syntax(return failure)"
    "RWJobLauncher failed to connect to CMS."
    "RWJobLauncher return code: 180011"
  • Command line execution fails with error:
    "ERROR! Standardization process failed with an error code of: 180011"
  • Command execution file has Null values for several of the switches.
