2715816 - Equal sign appears in decision table after upgrade

Symptom

After upgrading the system, in BRFPlus workbench, in decision table, there is an additional '=' sign before the value.

For example, before upgrading, in decision table, the value in a column is 'TEST1' . After upgrading, it changes to '=TEST1' .
