2715969 - Error when verifying Interview Scheduling Outlook integration- Recruiting Management

When trying to verify your Outlook account to be used for Interview Scheduling the following error message appears.

"failed to connect to exchange server: mircosoft.exchange.webservice.data.core.service.remote.ServiceRequestException: the request failed. while trying to invoke the method java.lang.String.startsWith(java.lang.String) of a null object returned from microsoft.exchange.webservices.data.core.request.HttpWebRequest.getResponseContentType()"

The URL to connect to the exchange server is incorrect.

The following steps will need to be completed.

1. Go to Admin Center 
2. Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration
3. Insert the following URL into the text box https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx (Note: Ensure that no space is added before or after URL or else the connection will fail.)
4. Click Verify
5. If the connection is successful, then you will be able to choose the option “Establish Outlook Integration for Interview Scheduling”
6. Save settings
