2716058 - You Are Performing a Search in Attachment WorkCentre But the Results Are Not Consistent

When you search using the default query 'All', the search result is restricted to 5000.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Attachment work center.
2. Select All.
3. Observe.
   
   The search returns only 5000 attachments.

The maximum number of results per result-set is restricted to 5000 for better performance.

This doesn’t mean that you have only 5000 attachments. You can search for attachments directly by name.

C4C is not built as a storage application.

This is expected system bahaviour.

You can still Search for all documents for a business object:

• Use advanced search to search using Object ID/Type, Name, Accounts, Sales Org./Distribution Channel, Uploaded On (Attachment Date), Uploaded By and Attachment Format.
• Use standard and extension fields for accounts to search using a specific account.
• Create and save personalized search queries with selected search criteria.
