2716079 - Repagent Error 692 624 invalid truncation page from Replication Server - SRS

Symptom

In SAP Replication Server (SRS) 16.0 SP03 PL04 and PL05, the following errors or warning are reported when restarting the Repagent after resetting the secondary truncation point:

  • Error: 692, Severity: 20, State: 1
    Uninitialized logical page '25789' was read while accessing database 'user_profile' (XX) object 'syslogs' (8), index 'syslogs' (0), partition 'syslogs_8' (8). Please contact Sybase Technical Support.
    Rep Agent Thread for database 'user_profile' (dbid = XX) terminated abnormally with error. (major 0, minor 92)
  • Error: 624, Severity: 21, State: 1
    Warning: Rep Agent on database 'db1' received an invalid truncation page from Replication Server.
    The received truncation page 25789 has a lower timestamp than the current truncation page 25817 and will be ignored.
