A change is made to a Custom Communication Scenario by user "ABC" in the Test System - the Last Changed by user is shown as "ABC"
The change is transported to the Prod system
In Prod, the Last Changed by user is shown as "DEF"
User "DEF" may not even have authority for the Custom Communication Scenarios App
