2716156 - Reports failing to print - Error in File ~ce34d0a06b49c51e2.rpt: Request cancelled by the user. Or error - invalid printer specified

Symptom

We have been having issues with our Business Objects Production environment failing to print reports scheduled through our SDK.

There are two main errors we are currently seeing for these failed reports.

Below are the two errors:

  1. Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server.   
  2. Error in File ~ce34d0a06b49c51e2.rpt: Request cancelled by the user.
