- In Solution Manager ITSM, when sending an e-mail via 'More' => 'Send e-mail', the e-mail is not sent.
- You cannot send outgoing e-mail via button More => Send email. You get a BSP error pointing to class CL_CRM_UI_F_CUCODATACONTE_IMPL method SET_ENTITY.
