2716419 - Client Certificate Authentication fails for OData v2 Receiver adapter

Symptom

When you are trying to run an integration inflow with OData v2 Receiver adapter, and it fails with one of the below errors:

  • com.sap.gateway.core.ip.component.odata.exception.OsciException: Unauthorized : 401 : HTTP/1.1
  • sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
  • com.sap.gateway.core.ip.component.odata.exception.OsciException: An exception of type 'XMLStreamException' occurred., cause: javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException: ParseError at [row,col]:[1,182] Message: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference
  • com.sap.gateway.core.ip.component.odata.exception.OsciException: An exception of type 'WstxUnexpectedCharException' occurred., cause: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxUnexpectedCharException: Unexpected character '&' (code 38) (expected a name start character)
