Symptom
One or more Display Attribute of a Master Data-Bearing Infoobject is switched to Navigation Attribute. After the Characteristic is activated the new navigation attribute(s) does not show the proper data in queries.
Checking the X table of the corresponding characteristic shows, that for all records a SID with value 0 is written in the navigation attribute column.
Let's take the following example:
- The characteristic SZRDOC33 has the display attribute SZRATR1.
- SZRATR1 is switched from display to navigation attribute.
- After the activation the X table (/BIC/XSZRDOC33) contains the value 0 for all records for S__SZRATR1:
- The field S__SZRATR1 should be filled with a value as there is valid master data for it:
