2716665 - ERS fails to connect with Standalone Enqueue Server (ENSA)

Symptom

Enqueue replication server (ERS) is not connecting with Standalone Enqueue Server (ENSA) even though the profile parameters enque/serverhost and enque/serverinst (or enque/encni/repl_port) specify the right connection data to ENSA.

The below information can be seen in the trace file dev_enqrepl under ASCS/SCS (ENSA) work directory:

Below error message also can be seen in the trace file dev_enrepsrv available in ERS work directory:
