Is it possible to attach a document when the user performs "Add to Learning History" from "Links" tile in the Learning user side?

Resolution
To add an attachment when self-recording a learning event, follow these instructions:
- In the Learning home page, go to the "Links" tile >
- Click "Add to Learning History" >
- Choose your type of Learning activity, "Item based event" or "External Event" >
- Fill in the details of the form and click "Continue" >
- Review the details of the form and click "Add to Learning History" >
- On the last page the user can click "File Attachments" and add a document (e.g.: certificate).
