2716987 - How to review a Candidate Interview Rating Feedback

How can Operators access Interview comments and feedback regarding the rating?

All rating details and feedbacks about a Candidate Interview can be accessed within the tab 'View Candidate Ratings' inside the desired Job Requisition:

• The default view will display a Table for Candidates showing a Column with their name;
• On left side, system will bring competencies that where evaluated in Interview;
• By clicking over a competency, another box will pop-up with Feedback and ratings notes; 
• The feedback will be shown in the table accordingly to the Interviewer;
• In order to see the comments left by another interviewer, hover over the rating at the right side of the screen, as shown in the screenshot below:
