To change the order of the fields localized on the Terminate screen follow the steps below:

1. Go to Configure People Profile
2. Find "Employment Details" and click to edit the block
3. Click "You can configure fields of the Edit Dialog here"
4. Find the "Termination" section where you will be able to drag and drop fields in your required order
