2717129 - Personal information block keep loading

Symptom

Customer is facing an issue when accessing the Live profile personal information block on People Profile.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to People Profile page 
  2. Check the Personal information block 
  3. Block keeps loading

Cause

Possible cause could be an incorrect configuration on the EmployeeProfileBlockContent

Resolution

  1. Go to Configure Object Definition 
  2. Select EmployeeProfileBlockContent object

  3. Change the security to "No" (take Action-Make correction).By default the permission should never be enabled.
