2717188 - How to prevent automatic stock posting for skip inspection lots, if certificate confirmation is missing?

Dynamic modification is used and certificate is required for the goods receipt (QM Control Key is defined in the Quality Management tab of the material master, which requires certificate).

Although inspection lot has status SKIP ( I0209 - Skip lot ), it is intended to prevent that stock is posted automatically to Unrestricted, if certificate confirmation is missing. Status CTCM  ( I0294 - Certificate confirmation missing ) can be active for the inspection lot.

Instead of posting automatically to Unrestricted, it is needed that inspection lot quantity is posted to quality inspection in that case.
