Recruiting tile for Requisition Awaiting Approval gives "Access Denied" error

SAP Successfactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to SuccessFactors Homepage
2. Click the "Recruiting" tile for Awaiting Requisitions Approval which shows zero (0):
   
3. Then an "Access Denied" error will be received

The "Recruiting" tile for Requisitions Awaiting Approval is a shortcut for "Job requisitions" tab on Recruiting page. If there's no job requisition that was ever assigned to the user, then the user is also expected not to have access to "Job requisitions" tab.

In order for the user to have access on "Job requisitions" tab and for the "Access denied" error to be resolved, then create a new requisitions and make the affected user as an operator of the requisition.
