Symptom

  • There is a need to de-implement a SAP Note in Note Assistant
  • Currently, the SAP Note has implementation status "Completely implemented" 
  • When clicking on "Reset SAP Note Implementation" icon, the SAP Note does not get de-implemented, there are no errors shown and Note Log did not get updated
