 When running classic reports, error message is recieved - An error occurred while processing your report request. Your request has not been processed. Please submit the request again using a different report name. If you encounter errors, contact your WPM Administrator for assistance

Successfactors Classic Reporting

Within classic reporting > attempt to run any report and when selecting "Submit report request" and if the report name has been previously ran then an error message will be received.

Duplicate report names are now allowing for tracking/scheduling purposes.

Ensure the report name is new. If error message received, simply update the report name or run the job again which will produce an updated report name which will resolve the error message.
