2717288 - Archiving withdrawn Applications and Contract offers with internal level 32 and 34

Symptom

You would like to archive withdrawn Applications with the internal level 32 - "Application Withdrawal or Reduction" or withdrawn Contract offers with the internal level 34 - "Contract offer Withdrwl/Red." with the program RFVD_ARC_APPOFF_WRITE.

The program RFVD_ARC_APPOFF_WRITE does not consider these contracts or the log displays the message "Application/offer &1 (company code &2) cannot be archived." as well as "Reason: Status is either "Application Withdrawn/Reduction or Offer Withdrawn/Reduction".
