2717485 - The Logged in User is no Longer Visible in The RUI

Symptom

In the RUI, the logged in Business User is no longer visible on the top right corner of the screen.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into the RUI.
  2. The Business User name is no longer visible in the top right corner of the screen.

Cause

This has been the behaviour since the 1808 upgrade.

Resolution

To see the Business User name you have to select the User icon on the top right corner of the screen. Only then will the logged in user name be visible.
