• The receiver is not the expected email address of the Contact person for the email output DELIVERY_NOTE
• For DELIVERY_NOTE email Output the email recipient is the Ship-to party even when customized for other partners

3. Email Recipient defaults to Ship-to Party, Partner Role WE

This is standard system behaviour. For the email output in DELIVERY_NOTE, only Partner role WE, Ship-to Party, is taken into consideration

Even if you enter a different partner role the address data of the ship-to party is used

When the output is checked a warning is reported that only the ship-to party role is supported and the output cannot be further processed

Workaround

1. Exchange another partner role e.g. VW with WE in the outputs (rules) in BRF+
2. Setup the output determination rule in such a way that the delivery note email is sent to the ship-to party email address, but also the same email can be sent as CC or BCC to multiple other email addresses
