2717603 - After submit the workflow the changes are automatically saved- Employee Central

After make a change in Job Information of employee the workflow appears in order to wait approvers confirmation regarding this change, but when submitting the workflow (which show all participants) the changes are automatically done and the workflow is ignored and is not triggered for any approver.

SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central

1. Go to Employee Profile
2. Click "Take Action"
3. Select Change Job and Compensation Info -> Job Information
4. Click "Save" and the Workflow screen appears
5. Submit workflow
6. The message will advise "Your changes were successfully saved."

The rule that set the workflow is wrong configured and is creating a loop, please check below:

This configuration will create a looping between Job Information Model and Job Information then the system will automatically save the changes and ignore the workflow.

The rule look at the workflow value then you need to re-configure the rule as "Set Job Information Model.wfConfig"
