Resolution

Manage Employees

  1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding > Settings > Manage Employees
  2. Search the candidate, HRDataID shows in the HRData Id column

Audit Trail in Work Queue

  1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding
  2. Click the audit trail button
  3. The HRDataID is the ObjectID

Audit Trail in Settings

  1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding > Settings > Audit Trail
  2. Search for the candidate
  3. Open the trail
  4. The HRDataID is the ObjectID
