Symptom

  • Is it possible to restrict the Admin menu access in Analytics?
  • Report Consumer users in ORD can see the Admin menu
  • Users with no functional permissions in Analytics still can see the Admin menu

SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (ANA) - All versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in the system with an user with no functional permissions in Analytics
  2. Run a Canvas report (Report Center) or go to ORD Analytics
  3. You will see the Admin option at top right corner of the page

Resolution

It is not possible to restrict the Admin menu access. The users with no functional permissions will see only the 'My Profile' and 'Languages' options available in the Admin page.
