2717943 - Error messages "item xxxxxx does not exist" or "Enter batch" are shown in ERP SMQ2 in a queue triggered from EWM

Symptom

  • When trying to post GI from EWM for a delivery item which has a batch, the error message M7018 ("Enter Batch") shows up in the triggered queue.
  • Error messages VL331 or VL216 ("item xxxxxx does not exist"), HUGENERAL056("V51VP - item was not found - process cancelled") or HUGENERAL042("No material item found for the specified criteria") may raise due to the same circumstances.
